WIND BARRER DYNAMIC FABRIC. Exceptionally Breathable Wind Protection.
The Wind Barrier Dynamic fabric is everything you want in a windshell. Completely windproof, extremely breathable, highly water resistant and featuring stretch to provide enhanced freedom of movement. The mini-ripstop woven nylon fabric is highly robust while being incredibly lightweight. A DWR provides water repellency allowing light rain to bead on the surface of the fabric and roll off.

This layer was bought as a super lightweight, packable windproof for predominantly cycling and is perfect. So light, fits snugly but not tight (easily goes over a couple of layers) and packs down tiny into its own pocket for stuffing in a hip pack, bike bag or jersey pocket. Shrugs off a shower but this is definitely not a waterproof, but in mixed conditions and or tempo rides it is perfect and works just as well for fast hikes or runs.

I love this. It's so light that I really was a bit dubious about how well it would do. I wore it on a run in The Peaks, during Storm Isha. If anything, it was too good and despite the weather I was toasty warm. It's definitely a must have and it's so light you can stash it in your pack without compromising weight or space.
