    Average at best.

    First I will say that it does it's job. Namely keeping the chill of the wind off your neck. So no complaints there.

    The material itself though, feels very cheap and thin. It essentially looks like a tube of thin fabric cut to size. The ends are not even hemmed and pale parts of the weave show through from the reverse so (if you choose a dark one) it looks like its covered in bits of fluff.

    Overall, average. It does the job but the quality is lacking.
